Toma beta
Toma is a HELIPAD LLC product for organizing clients, bills, and receipts. The iPhone app is currently available by private TestFlight invitation. Website examples use sample data.
Current availability
Text delivery, automatic reminders, and live payments are disabled. Creating a bill or viewing a payment preview does not send a message, charge a customer, or transfer money. Arrange actual payments directly with your customer outside Toma for now.
Phone sign-in texts
When phone sign-in becomes available, you can request one-time verification codes by entering your own mobile number and selecting “Text me a code.” Messages are sent in response to your requests; frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance, or contact support@jointoma.com. Opting out prevents further sign-in texts until you opt back in. Consent to sign-in texts does not include marketing or bill reminders. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Using the beta
Only add information you are authorized to use. Check client details and bill amounts before relying on them. Keep your own copies of important business records while the beta is being tested. Do not use Toma to send unauthorized requests or access another person’s records.
