Your information in Toma
HELIPAD LLC operates Toma. This page describes the current beta. For privacy questions or requests about your information, contact support@jointoma.com.
What you choose to add
Toma lets you enter client names, contact information, service addresses, bills, and receipts. The iPhone prototype keeps its existing records on your device. Contacts and receipt files are added when you choose to import or attach them.
Online accounts
The separate Account workspace is configured for Supabase authentication and storage. When enabled, it uses your verified phone identity to keep your clients and bills separate from other users. Existing on-device prototype records are not automatically uploaded. Phone sign-in is currently disabled while setup is completed.
Website preferences and sessions
The website saves your language preference in your browser. Signed-in access tokens are held in memory; pending changes use session storage so they can be retried without creating duplicates. Hosting and backend providers may process technical request information to operate their services.
Messages and payments
Live texting and payments are disabled. The website payment demonstration does not collect bank or card credentials or move money. We will update the information here when those services become available.
Phone sign-in privacy
When enabled, phone sign-in uses Supabase and Twilio to process your mobile number and deliver the verification codes you request. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information with service providers only as needed to operate authentication. Bill reminders and payments remain disabled.
Your choices
You can change your website language in the footer, sign out of an online session, and choose which contacts or documents to add. Contact support@jointoma.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of hosted information. Do not email passwords, verification codes, bank details, or complete client lists.
